REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges. If your product arrived damaged please contact us for resolution. If eligible, a refund or exchange will be available. Please refer to our Grading Policy prior to contacting us. If you have an issue with an item you received, it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 business days of your order being delivered. 

If you purchased an item accidentally and require a refund it is your responsibility to get in touch before the item has been dispatched and we cannot guarantee a refund. If we get your message in time and issue a refund, please note that there will be a transaction and restock fee. This fee is a flat rate of $4 +5% of the purchase total. For example, if you are requesting a refund on an accidental purchase of $50, there will be a fee of $6.50 deducted from the refund.
